2. This assurance is exclusively extended to purchases made by the individual making the claim.
3. Refund requests for products not personally purchased by the claimant will not be considered or processed by inskin.

Refund Request Procedure:

1. Email us at nanobridinskin@gmail.com, providing your order details and reason for the refund request. Please mention UPI for receiving the refund amount.
2. Our customer support team will examine the request and will reach out to you for any queries.
3. You will be notified once the refund is processed.

Terms and Conditions:

1. To qualify for a refund, the product must remain in its original packaging.
2. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned product.
3. The refund amount will be the invoice value minus a Rs. 300 charge for order handling and shipping.
4. Use the product as directed. The best effect is observed as you use the product consistently for 15 to 30 days.
5. The money-back-guarantee is applicable once per product.
